Governing Law
The
laws of the State of Illinois will govern these Terms of Use, without
giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that

shall be brought in state or federal court in Chicago, Illinois, and
you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Miscellaneous

the enforcement of any provision unless Lane Financial agrees to such
